We operate proven and tightly controlled manufacturing processes and techniques which are documented with appropriate stage drawings for each operation, together with fully documented procedures as set out in our ISO:9001 policy.

As part of our commitment to producing components to the highest quality standards, in 2011 we invested in an additional new Hexagon CNC 1.2 metre co-ordinate measuring machine.

All our quality control staff and production engineers are fully trained on the machine and can provide technical advice and support as well as detailed inspection reports wherever necessary. Long term and higher volume production is also subject to SPC and FMEA where appropriate.
